Luncheon meat and cheese wrap
1 can American Kitchen® Chicken luncheon meat
3/4 cup sliced Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded carrot
5 pita pockets
For the garlic-mayo dressing:
3/4 cup American Kitchen® Garlic mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
A pinch each of salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients for the mayo-garlic dressing and mix well.
- In a bowl, combine cheese, carrot and mayo-garlic dressing.
- Spread mixture evenly on pita pockets. Top with slices of luncheon meat and lettuce.
- Heat on a Panini grill or roll up and heat for 3 minutes on each side.
